The project involved the meticulous construction of an outstanding, architectural masterpiece highlighting an abstract Three Dimensional Facade constructed in modular systems offsite and installed by a Tower Crane during construction.

All Ground Level metal cladding was hand cut and folded onsite by highly skilled tradesmen due to the immense complex angles and curvatures of the design.

The commercial development in the heart of Richmond combioned innovative design with quality craftsmanship.

The build features contemporary open plan office spaces on the upper floors and a Skoda Car Dealership located on Ground Floor of which the Tenant was locked in towards the end of Construction and Fit-out incorporated into the build to suit the tenants requirements.

 

Careful attention was given to preserving the area's character while introducing a bold architectural presence.

 

The build consisted of:

•  Two Level Basement

• Ground Floor Retail Tenancy - Skoda Richmond

• Three Levels of Large Scale Office Space
