QUALITY ASSURANCE.

Verum Built’s Quality Management System ensures policies, systems, plans and procedures are in place, to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction for all phases of the construction delivery.

Verum Built employs the use of a Quality Management that incorporates strict procedures to ensure work activities are completed to meet performance objectives, project scopes and specifications, and budget and project programs.

The Quality Management System monitors and reviews suppliers, subcontractors and service providers; supplier/subcontractor inspection and test plans (ITP’s); quality control risk management procedures; design standards, policies and procedures; that construction is carried out in accordance with approved documentation; implementation of inspection regimes; and that quality aspects related to construction works are recorded and fully traceable.

Subcontractors, vendors and suppliers are responsible for the preparation of suitable ITPs to control their activities and are included in their individual management plans submitted prior to works approval.

The subcontractor is required to perform work in accordance with project specifications, irrespective of whether a subcontractor has implemented a management system.

An audit schedule and program are adhered to for all projects, to ensure the project management system and associated policies and procedures are adequately monitored for suitability and relevance. Audits are also undertaken on subcontractors, suppliers, and consultant, at project commencement and throughout works as necessary.
